Rhinoplasty prices in Turkey are one of the most searched topics for patients considering nose surgery abroad. While the cost difference is real, understanding what is behind the prices and knowing how to check a surgeon’s qualifications is essential. This guide breaks down typical costs, explains the “package” model, and gives you a checklist for evaluating a plastic surgeon.

As a rough guide based on late-2025 market prices, primary rhinoplasty in Turkey was often quoted at around $3,000 to $7,000, compared with considerably higher prices in the UK or USA. Prices depend on the surgeon’s experience, the complexity of the operation (revision surgery usually costs more), and the hospital.
Rhinoplasty Turkey Price: The Cost Comparison
Indicative price ranges (late-2025 estimates; always get a written quote):
- Turkey: around $3,000 – $7,000 (packages often available)
- United Kingdom: often £7,000 – £12,000 or more
- United States: often $12,000 – $25,000 including facility and anesthesia fees
A lower price does not necessarily mean lower quality, but it does mean you need to be twice as diligent in your research. Never choose a surgeon on price alone.
Why Is It Cheaper?

What is a “Package”?
Instead of separate bills for the surgeon, anesthesiologist, and hospital, many clinics in Turkey offer packages that may include:

- Transfers between the airport, hotel, and hospital
- Several nights of hotel accommodation
- Post-operative medications and check-ups
- Translator support
Check exactly what is included, and note that flights are almost never part of the package.
Safety First: How to Evaluate a Surgeon
Rhinoplasty is a complex operation. Turkey is also well known for hair transplants (see our article on Turkey’s hair transplant fame), but nose surgery should be performed by a specialist plastic surgeon or, in some cases, an ear, nose and throat (ENT) surgeon with facial plastic surgery training.
1. Check Qualifications and Memberships
Ask for the surgeon’s full name and specialty. Membership of the Turkish Society of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (TPRECD) and of international bodies such as ISAPS (International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery) or certification by EBOPRAS (European Board of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery) are positive signs worth checking.
2. Check the Hospital and Its Authorization
Make sure the surgery takes place in a properly licensed hospital with facilities to manage complications. Facilities serving international patients should hold an International Health Tourism Authorization Certificate; you can check providers on the official HealthTürkiye platform. International accreditation such as JCI is an additional quality marker, but many well-run hospitals do not hold it.
3. Talk to the Surgeon Directly
Ask for a video consultation with the surgeon, not just a sales coordinator, and ask specific questions:
- “How many rhinoplasties do you perform?”
- “How do you handle revisions if I am not satisfied?”
- “Can I see long-term healed results (one year or more), not just photos taken on the operating table?”
- “What follow-up will I have after I go home?”
